Welcome to Barber David. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the app and the appointment-booking services provided by TRADICIONALNI I STARI OBRT „BARBER DAVID", owner David Ahmetović, Srebrenička 7, 75000 Tuzla (Tax ID 4311545020009). By using the App you accept these Terms in full.

1. Service description

The App lets you browse services, book and manage appointments at the Barber David hair salon, receive notifications and leave reviews. The haircut/shaving service itself is provided at the physical salon.

2. User account

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Bookings, cancellations and no-shows

• A booked appointment is a request that the salon may confirm or decline.
• If you cannot attend, please cancel in good time so another client can use the slot.
• Repeated no-shows without cancellation may result in limited booking ability.
• The salon reserves the right to change or cancel an appointment with notice, e.g. in case of force majeure.

4. Reviews and user content

Reviews must be truthful and respectful. Offensive, defamatory, discriminatory or unlawful content is prohibited. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules.

5. Acceptable use

• The App must not be used for unlawful purposes or in a way that disrupts its operation.
• Unauthorized access to the system, account abuse or impersonation is prohibited.

6. Intellectual property

The name, logo, design and content of the App are protected and owned by the Barber David hair salon or its licensors. Copying or use without written permission is not allowed.

7. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the App. We aim to provide uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee availability without interruption.

8. Changes to the service and Terms

We reserve the right to change the App and these Terms. The updated version is published on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Tuzla.
